thanks Caroline...my blood pressure is be crazy ,with my medication...180/112 after work out 130/86... still taking my tablets plus every day doing work out and my blood pressure start to be finally stable and normal... thanks a lot ❤
I went crazy today and had carbs and cake. Ended up with 182 BS😵💫. After doing the exercise twice, Im down to 94.😳

Great workout. I have a question about my position on the chair. Do I need to keep my back to the back of the chair (my chair is a folding chair, the back is not straight)? Or do I sit forward with my thighs just fall over the edge of the chair? Thank you.

Your weight is exceedingly unhealthy, and anyone in the medical field would be concerned about your weight based on your height! Wearing a longer shirt does not hide your kwashiorkor or ascites belly! Get some help!! I'm reporting your channel promoting unhealthy expectations!

Experienced a frozen shoulder on my right shoulder a few months ago. But it's not fully recovered yet. I wonder if I can use these exercises to relieve my right shoulder. My chiropractor allows me to exercise but ensures the exercise doesn't push too.
